Each part of the motion sets up the next. When one link breaks, everything after it pays for it. So the Lab finds the first broken link, shows it to you on your own film, and gives you one drill for it. Fix that, film again, and move down the chain.

We began One on One Kicking Online because kicking instruction and analysis should be available to everyone.
As a company, we’ve watched the kicking landscape change. National exposure camps and individual kicking lessons can be expensive, with a growing tendency towards large events rather than continued training . But kicking and punting is all about consistency— and constantly learning.
We want to provide video analysis that helps kickers and punters instantly improve, while also giving them the tools to be their own coaches out on the field.
We want to create consistency.
With 16 active NFL and 5 CFL specialists, we’re ready to take our knowledge and system of technique and put it in the hands of as many kickers and punters who want it.
